5: Absolutely terrible, gave the worse hair cut ever, had to shave my head when I got home, Jo and her boy assistant were very aggressive and rude. I felt assaulted. I recommend that nobody set foot in here if you value your appearance and don’t want untrained idiots messing up your hair and causing you pain.
